Terms of service
Important. MiBB is a personal diary to follow your baby's day to day. It is not a medical device or a diagnostic tool, and it does not replace your paediatrician's advice. For any concern about your baby's health, always consult a healthcare professional.
What MiBB is
MiBB is a mobile app for iOS and Android that helps you log your baby's routines, growth and health (0 to 3 years): feeds, diapers, sleep, baths, supplements, symptoms, cord care, growth with WHO percentiles, vaccines and appointments, first foods with allergens, and a tooth map. All data is stored on your device.
Acceptable use
You may use MiBB to keep the diary of your baby or of several babies in your care. You may not:
- Use the app for unlawful purposes or to infringe third-party rights.
- Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code beyond what applicable law allows.
- Circumvent or tamper with the Premium subscription or the referral programme.
Premium subscription
MiBB is free for everyday use: unlimited logging, several babies at no cost, current percentile and recent history. The Premium subscription adds full history "forever", PDF reports (growth and a nursery allergen list), advanced growth analytics and unlimited photos.
- Price: €0.99 the first year and €1.99/year on subsequent renewals. Prices are shown in the currency and amount set by the store in your country.
- Billing: handled by Apple App Store or Google Play. Charged to your store account and renews automatically each year unless cancelled.
- Cancellation: cancel anytime from Apple's or Google's subscription settings. You keep Premium until the end of the period already paid.
- Refunds: handled by Apple and Google under their policies. If the store issues a refund, MiBB revokes Premium access at the next validation.
Referral programme
If you invite 3 friends who start using MiBB, you can get 50% off your next renewal. The discount is applied through Apple/Google promotional offers. We reserve the right to invalidate fraudulent referrals (duplicate accounts, self-referrals, etc.).
No medical warranties
MiBB is provided "as is". WHO percentiles, corrected-age calculations for premature babies and any other estimates are indicative and depend on the measurements you enter. They are not a diagnosis or a clinical recommendation. Interpreting your baby's growth, feeding and health is your paediatrician's job.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, MiBB and its developer are not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the app, from loss of local data (for example, on uninstalling the app or switching device without a backup), or from decisions made based on the logged information. Keep device backups if the data matters to you.
Changes to the app and these terms
We may update the app and these terms. Substantial changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date and, where relevant, in the release notes. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, and unless applicable consumer law provides otherwise, the courts of the consumer's domicile shall have jurisdiction.

Language
The original and binding version of these Terms is the Spanish one. Versions in other languages are translations provided solely for your convenience; in the event of any discrepancy or conflict of interpretation, the Spanish version shall prevail.
